Terms & Conditions

1. You agree to give 100% commitment to everything you do with Sandra Harnett Fitness from this point onwards.

2. You agree that for any money-back guarantee to be honoured by Sandra Harnett Fitness, you must comply fully with all parts of the program and must produce detailed nutrition diaries if you have joined one of our weight management programmes & have attended each session in the two week period. 

3. Aside from the details explained above, all payments are non-refundable. If sessions are not booked and used by the client within the designated time frame, they will be forfeited. 

4. It is the client’s responsibility to book their classes using TeamUp. The link to this will be provided to all clients, after their trial session. 

5. For training/nutrition queries, please contact me using our secret Facebook group, by e-mail, or by messaging Sandra Harnett Fitness Facebook page. I will respond to all queries ASAP during normal working hours. Queries that are sent outside of office hours (eg. at night or weekend) will not be answered until the next working day. I do not have access to Facebook messenger so please do not contact me on my private profile, as I will not see your message. Please note, I will always respond to all queries as quickly as possible, but I cannot guarantee to respond immediately. 

6. All block bookings have an expiry date of 10 weeks from the first session.

7. We never cancel on each other! We only reschedule, making sure you are always on track with your goals. You must give 24 hours notice to reschedule your session; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. Cancellations and bookings can all be managed from your TeamUp account. 

8. To reschedule a class, please use TeamUp. If you need to cancel at short notice (eg. within 24 hours), please call/text me on 07950 949126 to let me know that you will not be attending.

9. Any rescheduled catch up sessions must be used within the month. You will not be able to ‘carry sessions over’ for longer than this. Clients are responsible for booking any rescheduled classes using TeamUp.

10. If you cannot attend your weekly fitness class, you may ‘catch up’ by attending another class in the same week. Please arrange this in advance. Sessions may not be carried over for longer than one month.

11. Emergency cancellations will be treated by discretion.

12. In the case that I fall ill or am unable to teach a class, an alternative instructor will be found, where possible, or you may reschedule your class to catch up if we have to close for unforeseeable circumstances. For anything longer than a couple of days, pre-recorded sessions will be provided.

13. Long term absences (injury, illness, pregnancy & other) will be dealt with fairly and on an individual basis. Sessions may be used when you are well and able to do so again. 

14. For any holidays taken, advance notice is needed. This is so we can arrange for you to attend any catch up sessions. 

15. We cannot guarantee spaces in any classes unless they have been paid for. This includes long-term holidays.

16. Classes will run for a minimum of 46 weeks per year allowing 6 weeks for my annual leave. All sessions during these closures can be made up by attending extra classes in the two weeks before and after our closure. Pre-recorded classes may also be provided during my planned annual leave.

17. Membership fees are increased from time to time to account for the increased cost of education, operating expenses, and inflation.  I reserve the right to implement a price increase at any point during your membership but will give you at least one month’s notice before any increase takes place. 

18. If you do not wish to continue with your membership, one month’s notice is required. Please notify us via email: info@sandraharnettfitness.com

19. Arriving late for classes, or not being ready to start on time could lead to you not being allowed to join in as we need to make sure you have properly warmed up before each class.

20. You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in, and outside of, the sessions. In particular, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by your Instructor.

21. You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Instructor is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.

22. The trainer is not liable if you ignore recommendations to seek medical advice.
